AI Infrastructure Platform Engineer

Experience and Skills

• 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• C1 English level or higher.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or Azure).
• Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, including module design and CI/CD integration.
• Solid Linux/Unix skills and comfort working primarily via CLI — bash/zsh, SSH, DNS, routing, and network diagnostics.
• Active use of LLM-based development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Gemini CLI) in your daily engineering workflow.
• Proven ability to take a complex infrastructure problem from ambiguity to a fully adopted, production-grade solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver platform components end-to-end, including Terraform modules, Kubernetes capabilities, cloud patterns, and CI/CD workflows.
• Design and build self-service infrastructure workflows and internal developer tools — APIs, CLIs, or agent-accessible interfaces — that remove manual bottlenecks for engineering teams.
• Create observable, feedback-rich platforms that enable automated systems to self-correct and give teams real visibility into what's happening.
• Implement guardrails, secrets hygiene, and audit trails to maintain security and safety at scale.
• Produce clear documentation and runbooks that serve both human developers and AI agent operations.
• Present and drive adoption of new platform capabilities across engineering teams through strong developer UX and proactive collaboration.

We are seeking a Senior AI Infrastructure Platform Engineer to build and scale the next generation of infrastructure platforms. You will design, implement, and own platform components end-to-end, enabling development teams and autonomous AI agents to ship products quickly, safely, and cohesively — creating self-service workflows, internal developer tooling, and guardrails that scale with compute rather than headcount. Think of this role as being the developer's favorite developer — your customers are the engineers, and the tools you build are the products they rely on to self-service on infrastructure safely and without manual intervention. As a senior engineer, you will drive real platform adoption and build leverage that compounds across the engineering organization, using modern LLM tooling daily to accelerate delivery and ensure infrastructure is highly observable, predictable, and optimized for both human and autonomous agent interactions.
