Qualifications and requirements

Confident, fluent English and Spanish, a lot of this role happens on the phone with tenants, contractors, and city offices.Real project management experience is important ,juggling multiple projects at once, each with its own priorities and a constant stream of small tasks, and knowing how to execute without letting anything slip. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfort with AI tools is real, not decorative. You'll be supported by an AI-powered CRM and automations daily, so hands-on curiosity with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or automation platforms goes a long way.

Job functions

This role supports the daily operations of the company. You'll be responsible for the operational side of the business, coordinating showings, staying on top of contractors, ordering materials, filing invoices, tracking budgets, and scheduling inspections. You'll work with the team and the AI tools , so being genuinely comfortable working with AI matters as much as the operational skills.
